As part of the HP split into two companies, HP has announced the creation of three new web sites for HP Exstream customers:

HP User Community at http://h30611.www3.hp.com/
HP Support Portal at https://hp-software.force.com
HP Downloads Center at https://downloads.hpengage.com

The HP User Community site includes a User Community Forum bulletin board similar to this site, where you can post questions.  The best part of that Forum is that HP employees keep an eye on new posts, so sometimes you can get an answer from an HP insider!

The Support Portal is where you open support cases with HP, like the old SSO.  To open a new case, click on the "CASES" menu item in the blue bar at the top left of the page. and then the "New" button at the top right of the next page, just below the menu bar.  There is also a "KNOWLEDGE" item in the menu bar that shows Knowledge Base entries.

The Downloads site allows direct downloads of licensed software without having to open a case with Support.

All three sites require separate new logon accounts, not your old account from the old Software Support Online site.  The User Community and Support Portal sites both have clear "Register" buttons for getting a new account.  The Downloads Center has a link in small type at the bottom of the page where you can open a case to get set up with a new account.

It is well worth your time to get signed up on all three web sites and explore what they have to offer.  What I have given here is just a high level overview of what is available, there is lots more.
